To get a better picture at the profession of the librarian the Zone interviewed a senior in the field as well as a recent graduate.

In this interview Donald Briffa, assistant librarian at the National Library of Malta, gives an understanding of how diverse the profession of the librarian can be and how technological innovations have challenged libraries in a positive rather than negative way by offering more opportunities and diversity.
