• We should examine the goods we are about to purchase or if they are delivered to our house, within the stipulated time-limit.
• We must obtain and preserve the proof of purchase, such as the fiscal receipt.
• If we notice a defect with the product we should inform the trader in writing by not later than two months after discovering the defect.
• We should read and understand what we are signing for.
