• Package holidays must be as agreed with the travel agency.
• When a holiday is significantly changed before the date of departure, consumers may opt to cancel it and be totally refunded.
• Suitable alternative arrangements must be made when holidays are changed after departure.
• Consumers may seek refund of any additional expenses incurred as a direct result of the discrepancies with the original package.
• Consumers must complain about unacceptable shortcomings and changes while still on holiday.
• No compensation can be claimed for changes to package holidays due to extraordinary circumstances.
