Another car went up in flames last night, at least the third such incident in a week.

Police were informed that a BMW was on fire in Triq Blandun, Fgura, around 9.30pm.

A magisterial inquiry has been ordered and police are investigating. 

Earlier yesterday, another BMW caught fire in Iklin, while early on Thursday morning, a family had to be evacuated in Għargħur after a car went up in flames, possibly as a result of an arson attack.
