Do you think youths are still interested in the World Cup or is their interest diminishing?

Karl Littlejohn
"In general, youths are still interested in the World Cup. However, what always baffles me is that when their favourite team is knocked out, interest diminishes. Any real football fan would watch every game, until the very end, regardless of whether or not their team has made the final."

Lara Camilleri
"I think we were all quite interested at the beginning and we were excited to see how well our favourite team would fare, but interest dwindled when Italy and England got knocked out."

Kyle Vella
"I think most youths are still interested in the World Cup and we will continue to see people from every part of society eagerly following their favourite team in the World Cup - even those who are normally not fans of the game."

Did your perception of Africa change as a result of the World Cup?

Karl Littlejohn
"Africa is rich and full of resources. Unfortunately, many of the continent's leaders don't know how to administer things. The World cup is gone; the dictators are still there. My opinion of Africa did not change."

Lara Camilleri
"I think this World Cup has made Africa seem more appealing than it was before. Not that it wasn't appealing to begin with!"

Kyle Vella
"No, my perception of Africa did not change."
