The Victoria International Arts Festival has today invited virtuoso pianist Gabriele Vianello, a professor at the Venice Conservatoire, to give a recital of works by Mozart and Chopin at 8pm. 

Tomorrow, celebrity cellist Luc Tooten, together with pianist Stéphane De May, will present a programme of works by Schumann, Chopin, Fauré and Piazzolla at 7.30pm. 

On Saturday, world-famous clarinettist Joze Kotar, accompanied on the piano by Luca Ferrini, will perform sonatas by Saint-Saëns, Martinů, Bernstein and Horovitz at 8pm.

All three concerts will be held in the Aula Mgr G. Farrugia, at the back of St George’s Basilica, Victoria. Entrance is free. For more information, visit www.viaf.org.mt.
