VCT’s new Mosta showroom was officially inaugurated by Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi last Tuesday during a ceremony which marked the company’s trademarks in the lighting industry – VCT are business partners to every operator and delivering top quality products in the lighting industry.
Guests were entertained under two open-air marquees and were also taken round the premises, lit up by some of the many lamps and lights on show – part of the new collections and the very latest in light design.
A family-run business, founded in 1996 by Victor Calleja, the company, together with the help of his children Angele and Duncan, has managed to build a reputable name in the lighting sector, establishing both a local and overseas clientele.
With more than 5,000 lamps and around half a million pieces of lamps available, the company also stocks a series of tungsten halogen, metal halide, sodium vapour and filament lamps, fluorescent tubes and studio lamps for theatre lighting and the well known range of compact fluorescent and LED lamps.
One can also find the latest in indoor and outdoor lighting manufactured by reputable firms and designs in modern, retro and architectural lighting.
