V&F Portelli is celebrating its 75-year association with Morphy Richards by launching a search for Morphy Richards products that are at least 25 years old, and ideally, but not necessarily, in good working condition.

Owners of such items are being invited to call at V&F Portelli at Mriehel where they can exchange their old product for the newer version at a discount.  

"Thousands of Maltese households still use Morphy Richards products that they bought in the 1980s or even before. Those items can easily be 30 or even 40 years, and still in good working order. Sometimes, people can find it somewhat difficult to part with a household good that has served them well for many years. But, until the end of July 2012, we are offering them an opportunity to exchange it for a discount on a new and more versatile Morphy Richards model," said Mario Portelli, a director of V&F Portelli.

Founded in 1906 by Vincent and Francis Portelli, V & F Portelli commenced business from St. Paul's Street in Valletta. In December 1988, V & F Portelli started operating from Notabile Road, Mriehel.
