Delegates of the United States, Britain and France walked out Monday as Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad railed against nuclear weapon states at a conference on the spread of nuclear arms.

The lower-level diplomats of the three Western nuclear-armed countries left the UN General Assembly hall as Ahmadinejad accused nuclear weapons states of using nuclear threats against non weapon states.
