Two women were injured in a traffic accident in Delimara, limits of Marsaxlokk last night.

The police said the car crashed into a rubble wall and ended up in a field, injuring a 66-year-old woman from Żejtun.

Her passenger, another 66-year-old woman from Żejtun was grievously injured. The driver suffered slight injuries.

The accident happened at around 9.30pm.
