Two men were injured in separate occupational accidents this afternoon, the police said.

A 35-year-old from Zejtun was injured when a loaded pallet fell on him in Valletta Road Luqa.

The accident happened at 3.30 p.m.

An hour later, a 49-year-old man from Attard was injured when he fell off a ladder while working at San Gwann Industrial Estate.

Both men suffered grievous injuries.
