Paul Vella, PN, and Clayton Gauci, PL, were both elected in Mgarr during the first count.

Mr Vella obtained 467 votes, Mr Gauci, 397. The quota was set at 320.

Eman Vella, PN, was elected on the second count and Giovann Gatt, also PN, on the seventh.
