Two men, Christopher Shepard and Joseph Camilleri, were arraigned before Magistrate Consuelo Scerri-Herrera today and accused of association to commit a burglary from a residence. They were also accused of breaking conditions of previous sentences. Shepard was also accused of theft from a vehicle.

They were remanded in custody.

Inspector Daniel Zammit prosecuted.

Another two men were arraigned yesterday before Magistrate Michael Mallia.

Noel Pepe, 28, admitted to misappropriating €712.70 and was granted bail against a personal guarantee of €1,000, among other conditions.

Clayton Baldacchino, 24, pleaded not guilty to having resisted the police, threatened the police and caused slight injury to an officer.

He was also granted bail against a personal guarantee of €1,000 and a personal guarantee of €50.
