The Independence Arena was a hive of activity yesterday as young players from the Floriana FC nursery were put through their paces by members of the Sheffield Wednesday coaching staff. The Greens' hopefuls completed a programmed set of exercises and drills, part of the Owls' community project in Malta, under the watchful eyes of Marcus Bromeld and Robert Poulter. They were assisted by Philip Pisani, head coach at the Floriana FC nursery. Picture shows coach Poulter handing instructions to Floriana junior players yesterday.
