A GO employee was conditionally discharged today after he admitted in court to having stolen top-up cards worth up to €2,329.

Carmelo Zammit, 54, returned most of the stolen cards and was willing to pay his employer €700 for the remainder.

The cards were stolen from the Go outlets in Paola and Msida between October and last month.
