Panta Marketing & Services Limited has recently entered into a joint venture agreement with AEE Renewables Group.

Panta Marketing & Services Limited forms part of the Pantalesco Group. The company specialises in the supply, installation and maintenance of alternative energy systems, lifts and escalators, air conditioning and water treatment systems as well as telecommunications systems.

AEE Renewables Group is an integrated project developer of photovoltaic and hydro power energy systems. The AEE team specialises in acquiring sites all over the world and obtaining the required permissions related to alternative energy projects. AEE is also involved in the procurement of both equity and debt capital in order to help clients finance their projects. On the operations side, AEE focuses on all technical aspects of system management including maintenance, repairs and performance controls. AEE has a project portfolio of over 185MW of renewable energy projects. The company has a worldwide office network including a base in Malta.

Through this joint venture both companies will collaborate to install local photovoltaic systems of 100kWp or higher and provide access to finance when this is required. Most importantly, clients will be offered installations which are designed to international best practice standards while using high quality components at very competitive prices.

Clients will also benefit from the local presence for operations and maintenance over the lifetime of their installations. This will be combined with real time remote monitoring using AEE’s Phaeeton software monitoring system, which ensures that installations have optimal uptime and efficiency. Clients will also have the possibility to access a 100 per cent financing scheme with a fair sharing of risks and rewards in a way that traditional bank financing does not provide. This allows customers who do not want to invest themselves to still benefit from substantial power price savings or feed-in tariff income.
