All national newspapers today lead with the arraignment of three men charged with the murder of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia.

Times of Malta says that the other seven men who had been arrested have now been released on police bail.

The Malta Independent says that TNT, not Semtex, had been used to kill Ms Caruana Galizia.

L-Orizzont says that the bomb that killed the journalist could have been exploded by someone who was not on site.

MaltaToday includes a study of how the names of two of the accused cropped up in the case histories of Malta’s daring robberies.

In-Nazzjon says that all three men pleaded not guilty.
