These are the leading stories in today's local newspapers.

The Times of Malta leads with claims that coffins at the Addolorata cemetery have gone missing. Health Ministry officials confirmed that police had looked into the claims, but declined to say what they had found.

In a separate story, the paper quotes PD deputy leader Anthony Buttigieg as saying that the PD and PN will campaign for the general election under a joint manifesto.

The Malta Independent quotes lawyer Robert Montalto as saying that laws need to catch up with digital technology, as the case of a sex video that went viral showed.

L-Orizzont reports that requests by Electoral Commissioners for President Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca to step in and stop an investigation into party financing is useless, since Malta's Constitution does not allow the President to oppose any law approved by Parliament.

In-Nazzjon leads with PN leader Simon Busuttil's Sunday speech in which he vowed justice and security if elected into office.
