These are the stories which made it to the front pages of Monday's newspapers:

The Times of Malta gave prominence to a story about the rebranding of financial services company MFSP and the impact that this would have on investors who used the firm. It also reports on developments at Sta Marija bay in Comino, where NGOs are becoming concerned that campers' presence might become semi-permanent.

The Malta Independent follows up on controversial statements made by an X-Factor contestant, saying that the organisers were not aware of what he was going to say. It also reports that 270 Italian Navy officers will face voluntary manslaughter charges over the drowning of migrants some years ago.

In-Nazzjon features Opposition leader Adrian Delia's Sunday speech which continues to delve into the Budget, saying that it did not consider the need to distribute wealth.

L-Orizzont takes the contrasting tack and quotes the Prime Minister as saying that economists were contradicting the statements made by Dr Delia, and that the government had given more than just the statutory COLA rise.
