The Sunday Times of Malta says the highly controversial minister Konrad Mizzi is actively considering a party leadership bid. In another story, it quotes Repubblika, the NGO that promotes the rule of law, saying that the process of constitutional reform should be led by citizens and not be controlled by politicians.
