Times of Malta says that according to Eurostat, a quarter of those aged over 65 are at risk of poverty, the highest rate in more than 10 years. In another story, the newspaper says all Nationalist Party MPs bar one were on Wednesday tight-lipped when asked to publicly declare if embattled leader Adrian Delia still enjoyed their trust in the wake of allegations levelled at him.

Both The Malta Independent and In-Nazzjon says the PN administrative council has declared unanimous support for Dr Delia.
