The Tigers will jump from an army aircraft to entertain the crowds at the forthcoming airshow and they are promising plenty of bite.
This team of experienced parachutists from the British army will take part in the 23rd edition of the Malta International Airshow to be held on Saturday and next Sunday.
The annual event will also see a helicopter display by the Royal Navy Black Cats, the aerial antics of a Belgian F-16 fighter jet and two aerobatic teams from Switzerland and Poland.
Aircraft from 12 countries and Nato will take part
The Malta Aviation Society, which organises the annual event, said aircraft from 12 countries and Nato, a military alliance, will take part.
The Romanian air force and the AFM’s latest helicopter will also be participating for the first time.
Joe Ciliberti, president of the aviation society, said pilots and engineers representing the various air forces will be meeting people and providing information about their respective aircraft.
The Malta International Airshow opens its doors on Saturday and Sunday from 10am until 5.30pm.
Tickets for Saturday cost €10 if bought beforehand and €13 at the gate. Prepaid tickets for Sunday cost €13 and €15 at the gate.
Children under-14 enter free on both days.
