Paul Camilleri, 42, of Attard, was conditionally discharged for a year and fined €100 after he admitted in court today (Saturday) to having offended public morals, the police said.

In a separate case, Belgian-born Guillaume Cuche, 19, was condemned to a one-year prison term suspended for two years after he admitted to having, on April 10, stolen a camera, credit cards and a mobile phone in St Julians.

An Italian man, Giuseppe Puglisi, 46, who is resident in Malta, was remanded in custody after being charged with complicity in a theft which took place on April 2 and of having broken the conditions of a previous sentence. He pleaded not guilty. The prosecution in the first two cases was led by Inspector T. Micallef.

Inspector M. Bondin prosecuted the third case.
