Three people, including a 16-year-old boy, this morning admitted their involvement in a fight in Paceville last Saturday in which two men were injured.

The two accused men Malcolm Buttigieg, 21, and Steve Magro, 28 both of Fgura as well as the boy, admitted seriously injuring Adrian Agius and slightly injuring James Gafa' during a fight.

Defence lawyer Jose' Herrera said that one of his clients had been insulted and an argument developed.

Dr Herrera requested tht the case be postponed for a month to confirm the injuries caused. The request was upheld. Dr Herrera said the accused would re-confirm their gulty plea only after the injuries are confirmed.

All three were granted bail against a deposit of €200 each. The boy was order to make a personal guarantee of €3,000 and the others of €5,000 each.
