The Ranch are once again, for the third time this past year, embarking on a UK tour. The tour will last two to three weeks, with the band hitting Canterbury, Box,  Bristol, Devon, Manchester, Bath, Swindon and finally Buxton.

Of course, as the band members themselves state, this might be the plan – however, this being ‘the Penguins’, fans are advised to expect the unexpected.

“From experience we know that we will, for a fact, meet people asking us to play unplanned gigs. It wouldn’t be a Ranch tour if that didn’t happen! Even if we will have to make them happen ourselves,” said drummer and frontman Banjo Rancho.

“The tour really and truly comes about from our need to expand. Malta is great but we’ve done nearly everything we can here, and we need to be sharing our music with real music lovers across the world, as I really feel what we are doing is truly special and unique.”

The Ranch recently released their second album 100 Smiles an Hour, and will be touring with the new material. The band has already received a lot of positive response even away from Malta, with fans asking for return gigs for the opportunity of hearing the new album performed live.

“We can’t wait to go back to our friends and fans and show them our new stuff. We are also very excited to be playing in places we have never even been to. Do let any friends and family in the UK know about our performances. They will be in for a fun surprise, for sure,” the drummer concluded.
