With so many young people working at the new ICT buil-ding of the University, The Zone decided to meet one of the young lecturers at the faculty to learn more about what it is like to work as a lecturer, and the challenges and the benefits of working in academia.

About Conrad
He is currently reading a PhD at the University of Sheffield, UK.
Research interests include: smart technology, enterprise applications, designing applications for mobile devices and persuasive technology.
Conrad is involved in activities designed to attract industry participation within the Faculty of ICT at the University of Malta. One of them is TechLab, which brings together professionals, young scientists and technology users from different disciplines to develop ideas and innovative solutions.
