Recently the public was informed that the Curia and civil authorities shall publish a set of regulations on the external celebration of feasts as of next year.

This outcome was the result of various meetings held with civil authorities and the different organisations involved such as band clubs, feast committees and the parish priest. Although I cannot discuss these changes because nothing has been made public yet, I must point out that the organisers of festivities to take place next May and June are already planning for their events.

My question is when will the public be informed of what these changes will involve? Will it be in few days time or a week before the feast? If left to the last minute, then we should be prepared to expect repercussions.
