I have been expecting a clean-up of the Ta' Xbiex marina for months now, in vain.

With the recent wet weather the weeds on the centre strip and on the marina side are overgrown. The palm tree fronds have dried up and are hanging onto the centre strip, plus there is hardly any lighting.

Last Saturday I counted 12 missing bulbs and four of the poles are either broken or bent, having been like this since the summer. And the amount of rubbish left behind is outrageous. Which council is responsible for this area?

Whoever it is should get their act together and give the place a thorough clean-up.
