0.5cl Monin chocolate syrup

0.5cl coconut syrup

1cl Monin strawberry purée

6cl Apple and Pineapple Tropicana juice, topped with sparkling water

Pour all the ingredients apart from the sparkling water into the Boston shaker. Shake until frosted and pour over ice into a hurricane glass.

Top up with Perrier and garnish with an apple fan.
