Although snow is almost unheard of here, snowmen are popular characters in your winter pictures

Frosty The Snowman is a popular Christmas song, written over 50 years ago. It is considered to be a Christmas song although it doesn't mention Christmas at all. It was written after Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer was recorded and it sold two million copies. "Frosty" was subsequently adapted to other media including a popular television special. The song is about a snowman that came to life thanks to a magical hat some children found; he then had playful adventures before he hurried on his way.
