Żewwieqa at Mġarr harbour will tomorrow take on a different look as it dons the colours of a summer carnival for the first time.

The carnival is organised by the Cultural Council within the Ministry for Gozo, with the full collaboration of the Arts Council Malta.

The Gozo Summer Carnival will include both Gozitan and Maltese carnival associations, with 10 carnival floats, six dance companies and three local bands, plus much more.

There will be a ‘park and ride’ service from the heliport to Żewwieqa and back, and from Qala Street to Żewwieqa and back.

The Gozo Summer Carnival takes place tomorrow between 7 and 11pm.
