Gozo Minister Justyne Caruana on Tuesday said she could not publish the results of Economic and Social Impact Assessments on a possible airstrip or airfield in Gozo because of the commercial and sensitive nature of the information.

Shadow Minister Chris Said asked the minister in parliament to table a copy of the report.

The minister replied that she had been informed that because of the commercial and sensitive nature of the information, the ministry was precluded from giving the information.

Dr Said had also asked for the report in another parliamentary question in January. At the time he was told that the information would be given at another sitting.
