Many students are still awaiting the results of their A-level exam resits, even though their scholastic year starts on Monday, student organisation Pulse said today.

"Without their results, students are uncertain of what will happen in the new scholastic year," it said.

"Due to the delay in the publication of these results, students who fail these exams will not have the opportunity to submit an application to join Mcast due to the application deadline which is set to next Wednesday," it added.

It urged the authorities to treat these results as urgent.
