Meanwhile, the new Gozo Boys Secondary School in Victoria is nearing completion.

During the last scholastic year some students started using the first section of the new school, which incorporates science laboratories and art, design and technology classes.

Following the demolition of the remaining classes, students will be using the new facilities this year – 45 classrooms, nine science labo-ratories, three food laboratories, a textile classroom, three design and technology workshops, an arts classroom, library and physical education facilities.

Newly-installed lifts will provide easy access to all the facilities within the school, which has also been furnished with solar energy panels and double glazed windows.
