Following the end of the Doubles League, the Singles League similarly wrapped up recently with the remaining fixtures in all four divisions.

The Division One title went to Stefan Salomone, of Birkirkara Medairco. He clinched the title from the clutches of defending Pawla Wolves Schtag champion Kenneth Vella at the end of a ten-match campaign spread over two rounds.

The direct encounters between the two front-runners both ended in drawn results. However, Vella had unexpectedly dropped two points in another drawn result against Robert Salomone. This slip-up eventually cost him the title.

In their final second-round encounter, Stefan Salomone won the first set 15/8, ensuring himself of the title due to his two-point advantage over Vella. The latter won the second set 15/11.

Vella ended his commitments with seven wins and three draws to his credit.

Final standings: Stefan Salomone 26; Kenneth Vella 24; Robert Salomone 15; Aldo Polidano 12; Konrad Degabriele 4; Martin Farrugia 3.
