It is a pity that the Labour Party's prime concern is that of stirring up stories and adapting facts in a way deemed fit to insult the government. This is regardless of the consequences. First and foremost it "educates" its viewers with shades of facts which instil political hatred. But most of all, it turns very important discussions, which this country needs to make in order to continue its progress, into pure political spins. So much for "progressive"!

Such typical behaviour was exposed in reporting Edwin Vassallo's statements by portraying the government as though it is on the lookout for what we do in our bedroom. Absurd! What Mr Vassallo meant was that private actions may bring consequences which the state, through our taxes, has to make up for. I am more than sure that they knew what he meant. But why report it in the way it was intended?

After all, political mileage and winning elections are more important than constructive discussions about serious social issues. Right, Joseph Muscat?
