Softbank Corp., Japan's third-biggest mobile phone operator, said it would cut its monthly fees for Apple Inc's iPhone.

Softbank said the cuts, which will come off its data fees, will mean its iPhone customers pay as low as 2,990 yen (€17.75) a month to use the device, down from 7,280 yen (€43.23) earlier.
