Obituary

VASSALLO. On January 28, at St Luke's Hospital, Lucia, aged 79, of Dingli, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Pawlu, her children Marlene and Joe, Rose and her husband Chris Gatt, her sisters Grezz and her husband Kola and family, and Nina. Her brothers-in-law Karmenu and his wife Maria and family, Ûaren, her sister-in-law Agnes and her husband John and family, grandchildren Benjamin and Jeremy, nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital today at 3 p.m. for Santa Marija parish church, Dingli where Mass praesente cadavere will be said for the repose of her soul at 3.30 p.m., followed by interment at Dingli cemetery.
Lord grant her eternal rest.

Cruise Winner

Mary Gauci has won an all-inclusive cruise for two to Scandinavia aboard the Sea Princess after winning Go Mobile's Christmas competition.

All pre-paid customers, who topped up their account with a minimum of Lm5 or over between December 8 and January 1, 2007 were eligible to participate.

Cinema Contest Winners

Josephine Vella, Warren Marmarà and James Rizzo have each won a Nokia N90 3G mobile phone after subscribing to the Eden Cinemas' SMS Information Update.
