Brief news before this weekend's Serie A matches.

Inter Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is suspended for the trip to bottom club Cagliari on Sunday (1930 GMT). The Serie A leaders will also be without a host of midfielders including Luis Figo and Patrick Vieira so defender Cristian Chivu may play further forward.

Centre back Marco Materazzi is in contention after starting the midweek Champions League win over PSV Eindhoven following a long-term thigh problem. Striker David Suazo, impressive against the Dutch, hopes to start against his former side.

AS Roma striker Francesco Totti looks likely to start Sunday's game (1400) at Torino after managing 90 minutes in the midweek 1-1 draw with Manchester United following a month and a half out with a foot injury. Second-placed Roma, five points behind Inter, must do without suspended forward Rodrigo Taddei, however.

Juventus winger Mauro Camoranesi has been ruled out for another month with a fresh thigh injury. Third-placed Juve also visit Lazio on Saturday (1930) without striker Vincenzo Iaquinta, who will not play because of flu, Juve's Web site (www.juventus.com) said. The Italy striker's absence is likely to hand Alessandro Del Piero a starting berth after the 33-year-old had to settle for the bench in recent league games.

Lazio's injury and suspension problems have eased as the struggling club try to lift themselves after being dumped out of the Champions League by Real Madrid on Tuesday.

Fiorentina, in fifth, travel to Sampdoria on Sunday (1400) without injured goalkeeper Sebastien Frey and Czech defender Tomas Ujfalusi.

Midfielder Andrea Dossena is suspended for Udinese's trip to Catania on Saturday (1700 GMT) after being sent off against Roma earlier this month. The home side's top stri

ker Gionatha Spinesi is also ruled out because of a ban.
