Can I get a refund when I purchase second-hand books?

The KSU provides a refund service for the sale of second-hand books. In this case, all you need to do is to download the Second-Hand Book form (available from www.ksu.org.mt), fill it in and come, together with the seller, to the KSU offices with the books you bought.

How do I get the refund on newly-purchased goods?

Mario Bugeja from the Students Maintenance Grant Board comes to the KSU offices every Tuesday between 9 and 11 a.m. to debit the smart cards of students who purchased student-related items for cash. You will receive the amount when you next receive your stipend.

Students with questions or suggestions on this or any other issues may e-mail Matthew Paris on vicepresident@ksu.org.mt
