Three local riding clubs, namely Cross, Tal-Magħtab and Pegasus, came together to organise a show jumping competition at the renovated Tal-Magħtab Equestrian Arena.

Classes started from 50cm and went up to 100cm.

A well-attended competition, with riders representing various clubs, ensured an enjoyable afternoon for the spectators as the participants tackled a course designed by FEI Level II coach Tommy Xuereb.

Most of the classes were closely-contested with a few jump-offs required to determine the winners.

According to the rules, a jump-off is held when riders finish equal on points.

The event was made possible through the support of Wall’s Ice Cream, represented in Malta by M&Z Marketing, Golden Tulip Vivaldi, P&M Farrugia, GivenSolution.com and Leli Baldacchino, of Tal-Maghtab Stables.
