Reference is made to Margaret Camilleri Pace's letter titled ARMS And The Problems With Bills (May 15). We have done our best to accommodate the customer by contacting her and helping her through her billing situation. Even though she stated otherwise in her letter, we assure Mrs Camilleri Pace that the updates in her account have been carried out immediately.

Nevertheless these changes do not apply for bills issued for consumption prior to the date she submitted such changes. Subsequently her claims that the latest bill issued was wrong is incorrect.

In addition, the changes she required were received by our office a few days after her bill was posted, therefore the changes in her details will show correctly on her next bill.
