J. Falzon, of Hamrun, writes:

The statement, signed by Aquatic Sports Association president Robert Ebejer and published in The Times on October 1, gives a strong indication that not all is rosy within the organisation.

Are the two bodies going separate ways? Is there a split in the offing?

We all know that both Mr Ebejer and Dr Michael Gialanze have done extremely well for the two respective sports but, perhaps, this option should be seriously considered by all those involved in running local clubs in the upcoming ASA annual general meeting.

From what I could gather it looks as if the ASA president is keener on waterpolo than swimming.
