A South Korean aquarium in Seoul today featured an underwater performance as part of celebrations to welcome the coming festive season.

A diver dressed up in a Santa suit swam with a school of more than 20,000 shiny silver sardines, feeding them as they moved about in different formations.

A white-spotted eagle ray was also part of the show.

The underwater show began on Saturday and will continue until December 27, the aquarium said, adding it is performed three times a day during the week and twice a day over the weekend.
