A group of 16 San Andrea senior school students recently visited Grosvenor Hall in Kent.

Throughout the week-long stay, the students experienced an intensive programme of activities ranging from the zip wire and sky climb, to group activities such as team tech and crate stack. Students were also made to use their creativity in an ICT session, during which they produced their own music.

In the evenings, students participated in activities such as the ‘Scrap Heap Challenge’ and mini-olympics.

The students also visited Canterbury Cathedral in Kent, and spent a full day in London, where they went to the National History Museum and the Tower of London, as well as a short river trip and a visit to the London Eye.

The students were encouraged through workshops and activities to believe in themselves and to be team players, thus gaining a holistic learning experience.
