St Benedict College Girls Junior Lyceum in Sta Luċija, recently hosted a Festafamilja evening for students, teachers and parents.

A pasta buffet was prepared for all to savour, and throughout the evening, musical entertainment was provided by some of the school students, under the guidance of their music teacher.

Many took part in the ever-popular game of bingo while a quiet room was set apart for chess enthusiasts. Table- tennis tables were provided for teachers, parents and students who prefer a more active sport, and those even more energetic took part in a football match.

Meanwhile, in a room set up with relaxing background music and floating candles, teachers who are qualified as make-up artists, gave mothers and female students the opportunity to have a makeover.

To conclude the evening a raffle was held, enabling many to return home with a prize.
