Recently I needed neuro-surgical treatment at Mater Dei Hospital. I feel obliged to express publicly my thanks and appreciation of the excellent treatment that I, together with my fellow patients, were regaled with during our stay. The service was always given with total empathy, care and a smile. This goes for all the team from the surgeon to the medics and paramedics, not excluding the carers. This did a lot to mitigate the inevitable pain and boost morale so essential after surgery. The surgeon's daily visits were a therapeutic boon. My heartfelt thanks go to all. Well done, all of you.
