Those registering for the government's Blueskies scheme can also register for a basic technology course entitled MyWeb.

Persons can register tomorrow in Merchants Street, Valletta or on Sunday at the Ministry of Gozo in Victoria.

The 20-hour long course is organised by the Ministry for Investment, Industry and Information Technology and is aimed at adults having little computer knowledge.

The course covers the computer's hardware and software, an introduction to the computer, Microsoft Windows , the Start menu, printing, the internet, internet security, e-mail and Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and the government's electronic services.

The course is spread over a 10-week period, in two-hour long sessions and is held at the Centri fil-Kommunita ghat-Taghlim dwar it-Teknologija.
