Eleven Re/Max associates recently completed an eight-week agent mentoring programme entitled 'Succeed'. The course, the third of its kind this year, was held at the Westin Dragonara Resort, St Julian's.

Succeed covers the fundamentals of building a real estate career in Malta and provides the necessary mentoring for experienced associates to become more productive. Jeffrey Buttigieg, regional director, said,"Succeed has been a success and our benchmark for standards across the Malta network. Associates are given the knowledge to become businessmen in their own right and we are already reaping benefits in sales and improved customer service."

Throughout the programme, the associates are provided weekly assignments designed to stimulate their career or increase business acumen.

Positive results offer encouragement to the associate to apply new techniques in his daily routine. "The course is designed to provide our associates with a methodology on how to deal with all aspects of a real estate transaction professionally" Mr Buttigieg explains.

Participants included Nikki Griscti, Warren Alcock, Kerstin Camenzuli, Peter Sullivan, Martin Zammit, Chris Carabott, Dirk Debono, Mark Micallef, Phillip Micallef, Frank Borg and Mark Sapienza. Following the completition of the course, participants were provided with certificates, a lapel pin with the Succeed logo and recognition on their personal profile on the Re/Max Malta website.
