Re/Max Malta recently signed a new franchise agreement which will see the opening of the ninth office to form part of the group.

Re/Max Prestige will be operated by Prestige Services Ltd, and the office will be located at The Penthouse, Tower Business Centre in Swatar, Birkirkara, opposite Mater Dei Hospital.

The company will be managed by co-franchise owners Mark Parlato Trigona and Mark Sapienza, both of whom are experienced real estate professionals, together with Michael Zammit, CEO of CSB Group, and Roger Strickland Jr, a company director.

Re/Max Prestige is a joint venture combining the real estate experience of two highly trained and professional Re/Max associates and the entrepreneurial leadership of Mr Zammit and Mr Strickland.

Speaking at the signing of the franchise agreement Mr Zammit said, “Real estate has been a service which we have never been able to directly provide for our clients. Together with the real estate experience of my partners and the Re/Max brand, CSB Group is delighted to be able to provide such a service.”

The company will specialise in the niche sector of upmarket properties, such as lifestyle developments, seafront apart-ments and villas. Its main focus will be the second-time-buyer market, investors and foreigners relocating to Malta. Re/Max Prestige will complement a number of services already provided by CSB Group, whereby a foreigner interested in buying property in Malta will also be able to receive complete relocation services.

The opening of this new office reflects the philosophy of Re/Max Malta founders Jeffrey and Kevin Buttigieg, which encourages associates to grow within the Re/Max brand.
